Crusader Cross Replica by vonmeer Crusader Cross Replica by vonmeer
This is a medieval replica of a type of Cross carried by pilgrims and Crusaders from the 10th-13th century. Obviously first by the pilgrims.

Originals are mostly bronze and less commonly lead, mine is lead free pewter that has been chemically treated to appear to be aged bronze with a true patina with verdigris.

I make lots of these in my soapstone mold and will sometimes give one away at a medieval event.
