Where'd you get the grenade launcher for the M1? I've wanted to get my hands on one of them for a while now

The M1 carbines my favorite gun I own, and what I shoot most at the range. Believe it or not it can be accurately shot one handed as a pistol.

I normally keep two 40 rnd magazines bolted together in it. While the 40rd mags are not WWII they make it more fun to shoot at the range.

I've read that Winchester M1 is so light, it can be fired using one hand only. And I've heard those bolted mags are called "Jungle clip" , like [link]

Those look like cloth but yeah it's similar, basically it's two pieces of metal that are held together with a bolt. They were developed for the M2 carbines for Vietnam.

The M2 was a full auto variant of the M1 and ran empty quickly with the 30 or 40 round mags, so bolting two doubled the firepower. Soldiers seeing this copied this with their m16s using duct tape. Now almost all guns have "jungle clips" for their magazines.

Some guns (like the 10/22 attach to eachother like Lego's without need of a clip.

some even used this on AKs. The Israelis use the L-shaped jungle clip attached by a special clip.
