Description

(This is not a game map, but the plan for the mansion I'm building.)

This as promised is the mansion plan in an edited format. I see no reason to show any secret doors and have concealed at least three rooms, for my own security. Only the "Hexagon" a 16x16 RPG/game parlor is showed with the secret door, as I will show it off to guests.

Full Library with rolling staircases and secret door to both Study and Laboratory. Bedroom is huge with numerous rooms, a suite, walk out porch and walk in closets.

Speakeasy bar on main floor, with secret door to access, and peepholes (eyeholes) peeking out of paintings eyes, like in the movies. When you can line your eyes up behind the paintings eyes and look through.

Hard-wood floors on second story. Indoor pool on the first. Think 1920s Cthulhu investigator in style.

Outdoor fountain, on grounds archery range, blacksmiths shop and extensive gardens and landscaping.
Foundry room for casting with my studio above for general art for teaching students, with waiting lobby and private bathroom.

Podcast/recording room, etc. I've committed to my architect and will now have him interpret my plan.

Style east coast mansion (it's representing Arkham) in the luxurious south-side of Bozeman Montana

Estimated cost 1 million to build, 12-18 month construction.

This will be home to my LARP, guests mostly being in the 30 x40 great room, the billiards, dining and gallery hall. players will get to go into secret rooms, but the warehouse and servant quarters (renters wing) will be off limits.

The 3+acre grounds will be available for games and giant pavilions will be available when needed.

Thanks bro, we just committed to the Architect today and it's the guy I wanted. We are sending him a copy of my plan, and we will meet Mr.Ward on Monday. to go over details.

He does everything down to the last details he immediately noticed the extreme hallway lenth and asked If I intended wainscoting. I said of course, as its a vintage style home.

Because we have to build for earthquakes (like everyone out west) he is designing a steel frame for the gallery halls wainscotting, as it's about 70 feet long and would start waving (getting rippled) as it stretched over the length. Otherwise it would look odd overtime, but it's a detail I'd never consider.

It has begun...
